  • Loss of balance and potential falls
  • Dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting
  • In rare cases, serious injury or medical complications

By participating in any practice offered by Everyday Yogi Journey, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Your Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Listening to your body – Honor your physical limitations and modify or stop any activity that causes pain, discomfort, or strain
  • Choosing appropriate practices – Select videos and exercises that match your current fitness level and capabilities
  • Creating a safe environment – Ensure adequate space, proper flooring, and removal of hazards before practicing
  • Modifying as needed – Adjust poses, duration, and intensity based on your individual needs
  • Stopping immediately – Discontinue practice if you experience any concerning symptoms

Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience: chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, sharp or shooting pain, numbness, tingling, or any other concerning symptoms.

No Instructor-Student Relationship

The videos and content provided through the 90-Day Challenge are pre-recorded and do not create a direct instructor-student relationship. The instructors cannot see you, assess your form, or provide individualized guidance. You are practicing independently and assume all responsibility for proper technique and safety.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Everyday Yogi Journey 90-Day Challenge or any related programs, you expressly agree that:

Everyday Yogi Journey, its owner Derek McNulty, instructors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners are not liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, or claim of any kind that may occur as a result of your participation in any program, class, video, or content provided.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Physical injuries or medical complications arising from participation
  • Aggravation of pre-existing conditions
  • Accidents or incidents during practice
  • Technical issues, errors, or omissions in content
  • Any other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Everyday Yogi Journey and all associated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation.

No Guaranteed Results

While many participants experience positive benefits from consistent yoga practice, individual results vary significantly based on numerous factors including current fitness level, consistency of practice, lifestyle, genetics, and overall health. Everyday Yogi Journey makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding specific outcomes, health improvements, weight loss, stress reduction, or any other benefits.
